Mixing Patterns

Life Magazine has some great old photos uploaded into the Google image archives. I was looking through them and the photo below caught my eye. I love the way this gentleman mixed his patterns. Everything is completely different yet it works as a unit. I especially love the pin on the lapel. Total class.
