Fall Coats (or) In The Navy

Closet shopping reveals a lot about one’s sartorial leanings. Mine, apparently, are all towards NAVY.

I don’t know what it is about this shade but I own so much in it that I fear I may be somewhat blind to other colors. I did, however, find a green parka that I bought at The Gap some time ago.

I hate to say it, but those jeans are really killing all these outfits. You would look wayy better in a dark clean wash of a fit like levi’s 511, with a long inseam so you get nice stacks. And maybe not cuffing the jeans; it seems a little more summer-ish.

    But fantastic coats!

    • Hey Edward,

Thanks for the feedback. I actually took these photos one after another wearing the same outfit cuz I really didn’t feel like changing. I hear what you are saying about the jeans and I totally agree HOWEVER this post was mainly to show off the coats, NOT what’s underneath.

As far as cuffing goes, I totally disagree with you there. Cuffing is 100% acceptable in the Fall especially because I am wearing heavy work boots with them. I feel it give it a rugged James Dean effect.

      All the best,
      Dennis Cahlo
